Something to enjoy.
Something to look forward to.
When free time doesn’t feel free
You have a little time.
What happens to it?
Responsibilities ease, but your mind keeps going. Another task, a quick scroll, a show you barely watch. Before long, it is time to rest—and the evening never quite felt like yours.
Start by noticing the personal time you actually have. After a shift, after caregiving, or between changing demands, even a short window gives you somewhere to begin.
- 01 Work keeps running through your mind after you stop.
- 02 You scroll because deciding what to do feels like more work.
- 03 Your plans ask for more energy than you have left.
- 04 You miss doing something simply because you enjoy it.
The Focused Human approach
See your evening differently.
Make a little room for yourself.
Notice where your attention goes, choose what you want to make room for, and test one small change in the life you already have.
Close the workday.
Give one unfinished task a next step and choose a simple signal that work is finished for now.
Meet your energy.
Find enjoyable options for low, medium, and high energy. Choose the one that feels manageable today.
Make room for enjoyment.
Use a small change to your space or one realistic boundary to help an activity you value happen.
Your seven days
One short lesson.
One small practice.
A place to begin.
Each day has a clear minimum. Prepare during the lesson, try it at the next suitable opportunity, and notice what helps.
Enroll for $9.98*Under 15 minutes for the lesson and minimum practice. Fuller worksheets and longer activities are optional.
“When I finish dinner, I will read for five minutes.”
See your evening
Notice your transition into personal time, what follows, and your wind-down. Make a brief note about what you do, your energy, and how you feel.
Close the workday
Write the next action and return time for one unfinished task. Choose a closing signal, such as shutting your laptop or changing clothes.
Meet your energy
Build a small Energy Menu: one enjoyable activity each for low, medium, and high energy. Three choices are enough to start.
Choose something to look forward to
Pick one small pleasure and give it a starting moment: “When ___, I will ___.” Five minutes—or less—can count.
Set your space
Make one change using what you own: put a book in sight, clear a small area, adjust a light, or move your phone a little farther away.
Protect a little personal time
Write one realistic boundary for a moment you value. Start with a single sentence that fits your responsibilities.
Keep a plan you can use
Write your three-line Evening Blueprint: what you want more of, what will help make room for it, and when you will try it.
Your Evening Blueprint
Three lines.
A small plan for
an evening you want.

01 / WHAT I WANT MORE OFA few pages after dinner.
02 / WHAT WILL MAKE ROOM FOR ITKeep my phone out of reach while I read.
03 / WHEN I WILL TRY ITTuesday, after the dishes.
Before you begin
A few good questions.
How much time will I need each day?
The lesson and minimum practice are designed to take under 15 minutes. Each practice gives you a short way to begin. Try the real-world action at the next suitable opportunity; longer activities are optional.
What if my evenings are short or unpredictable?
The program works with the personal time you have when responsibilities ease. That might be after a shift, while working from home, after caregiving, or during a changing schedule. Choose the moments and activities that fit your circumstances.
Do I need to print the worksheets?
The worksheets are optional. A pen and any paper or a blank notebook are enough. Each lesson explains a smaller minimum, and you can explore the fuller worksheet if you want.
When can I start, and what if I miss a day?
Day 1 is available immediately after enrollment. A new day opens daily, and steps are taken in order. You have 30 days of online access to complete the program and catch up. Return to your next available step when you can.
Do I need an app or a subscription?
Use the program in your browser; no app download is needed. The current price is $9.98 as a one-time purchase, with 30 days of access.
What will I have at the end?
A personal Evening Blueprint: what you want more time for, one small action that will make room for it, and when you will try it. You will also have explored a closing ritual, an Energy Menu, your space, and boundaries. Keep what helps you.
